Privacy Policy

When you use the Request a Policy Review form, you choose to send us your name, phone number, and optionally an email address, a topic, and a short message. That is all the form asks for, and we deliberately do not ask for anything more.

Please do not send policy numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or medical information through the form. If we need any of those to help you, we will ask for them on the call.

We use what you send for exactly one purpose: to get back to you about the life insurance question you asked. A licensed agent reads your message, calls you on the number you gave us, and helps you understand your options.

Your request is stored in our own secure database and is visible only to our licensed agents. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers.

If you decide to move ahead with a policy, the insurance carrier that issues it will collect its own information directly from you, under its own privacy policy. We are an independent agency and are not that carrier.

We keep a request for as long as it takes to help you, and for a short period afterwards in case you call back. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Call (954) 361-2002 or email myflexdetails@gmail.com and say what you would like. We will not make it difficult.

You can also simply choose not to use the form and call us instead. A phone conversation does not require us to store anything first.

The database sits behind access controls so that visitors to this website cannot read, change, or remove any stored request — only our own signed-in team can. Nothing on the internet is perfectly safe, but we keep what we hold small on purpose, which limits what could ever go wrong.

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. We will not use your information in a new way without telling you first.
